Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for engaging Broadview Professional Services under The Ultimate Bookkeeping Solution. By signing this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Scope of Services

Broadview Professional Services agrees to provide the following comprehensive financial management solutions for your business:

Clean-Up and Catch-Up Bookkeeping:

  • Reconciliation of two years financial transactions.

  • Identification and resolution of discrepancies.

  • Accurate categorization of historical data for a clean financial foundation.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services: - Optional

  • Recording and categorization of financial transactions.

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and alternative payment processors.

  • Multi-platform integration, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.

Custom Financial Reporting:

  • Delivery of two years financial statements, including profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheets.

  • Actionable insights tailored to optimize tax savings, profitability, and growth strategies.

Advisory Support:

  • Analysis of financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize business performance.

  • Recommendations for long-term financial health and scaling strategies.

Project Timeline

Day 1-5: Onboarding & Initial Review:

Collect required financial documents and access to platforms.

Conduct a comprehensive review of current bookkeeping records

Day 6-20: Clean-Up and Catch-Up Phase:

Reconcile past financial records.

Resolve discrepancies and establish an accurate baseline.

Ongoing Monthly Services: -Optional

Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation.

Delivery of customized financial reports.

Advisory support and ongoing tax compliance.

Terms and Conditions

Engagement Commencement:


This agreement begins upon signing and remains in effect unless terminated per the terms below.

Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Services already rendered will be billed accordingly.

Client Responsibilities:


The Client agrees to provide timely access to financial documents, e-commerce platforms, and software to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.

Confidentiality:


Broadview Professional Services will maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and business data provided by the Client and will not disclose such information without prior consent.

Guarantee

We are committed to delivering results and ensuring your books are clean, automated, and providing financial clarity. If we do not meet the promised deliverables, we will continue to work at no additional cost until the agreed-upon standards are achieved.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services:

Refunds are not provided once services commence.Should you choose to cancel before onboarding begins, you may request a refund within five business days of signing this agreement.

Mutual Agreement

Both parties agree to uphold the terms of this contract. By signing below, you acknowledge that sales are non-refundable and waive the right to chargeback or dispute payments.
